The Rev. Dr. Robert G. Aregood
has been the pastor of Zion's UCC since 1968. In his long career,
Dr. Aregood has been involved in inner city ministry and civil rights
work throughout the South and in Pennsylvania. Rev. Bob has done
interim work and consulting with churches and nonprofit agencies,
workshops in Humor in the church and has mentored many clergy through
difficult times. In addition to regularly leading Bible Study, Dr.
Aregood ‘s talents include Sunday morning Pipe Organ and heating
system repairs! |

Brian
R. Gibson is a native of Reading. He has served as Organist
and Choir Director for congregations in Reading and Philadelphia
for over 40 years. He is an internationally-acclaimed Bass-Baritone,
having appeared in operatic performances worldwide. He has appeared
as soloist with the world's greatest orchestras including the Philadelphia
Orchestra, the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and the Sydney (Australia)
Symphony. Brian made his Carnegie Hall deput during its 100th anniversary
season as soloist with the Brooklyn Philharmonic's performance of
Beethoven's "Ninth Symphony", a performance then repeated
at Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center. He has starred as Porgy in
the New York production of Gershwin's "Porgy and Bess",
touring all 50 states and countries around the globe.
A man of varied
interests, Brian enjoys playing Bridge, downhill skiing, and playing
with his dog Gracie. He maintains a private voice studio and has
been pleased to serve as Director of Music at Zion's since 1997. |

Amy Pachuilo - Director
of Christian Education
Amy has been a member of Zion's since she was born. Ten years ago,
she accepted the position of Sunday School teacher. That
first class graduated high school in 2005 and today's group is
in pre-school and elementary school. When class is not in session,
she may be found helping with the Rummage, Bake, and Soup Sale
or presiding over the monthly Consistory meeting. |

Michele
Payne
- Volunteer
Michele, a
long time member of Zion's, is one of our most active volunteers.
Currently she is chairperson of the Alter Guild and the Stewardship
and Finance committee. Michele also prepares the weekly bulletin,
prepares the sanctuary for services, helps with the Rummage, Bake
and Soup sale, sings in the choir and is our supply organist. |

Marygrace
Goldberg - Newsletter Editor
Marygrace is
a newer member of Zion's Congregation but has been part of our community
for a number of years. In addition to editing the newsletter, she
sings in the choir and helps with the Rummage, Bake and Soup sale.
Marygrace is a graduate of Millersville University. |
